Pruning: Python - Charger.

Irrigation: drip.

Height above sea level: 1,700 meters.

4-hour film maceration in a Bucher pneumatic press.

Fermentation at controlled temperatures (15º) in 5,300-liter stainless steel tanks. Selected yeasts.

Harvested by hand, in the morning, at low temperatures, in boxes of 20 kg. each. Cluster selection table.
